Do you accept scent suggestions if the one I am looking for is not advertised? A: Yes I do, please contact on our email address Absolutewaxmelts@yahoo.com to raise the scent you are interested in.

How long does delivery take? A: I will ship your item within 1-3 business days from the order being place and I send by either 1st Class Royal Mail signed for, 2nd Class Royal Mail signed for of which aims to be with you within their allocated timeframe.

What if I don’t like the scent I’ve picked? A: Unfortunately, due to the descriptive scent descriptions, I do not accept returns.

What happens if my item arrives damaged? A: If your item has arrived damaged within the postal travel and you not longer want it, you can return the item back and we will issue a full refund. There are terms are subject to the description as per below.

Are your products eco-friendly as can be? A: I try to use, where possible, packaging that is either recyclable or reusable for things around the house.

Are you CLP compliant? A: We are indeed, you will see with every wax melt product you purchase you will have the CLP sticker including all the relevant information required.

At Absolute Wax Melts, I will only process refunds & accept returns if the items arrives damaged. If this happens, you must provide photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt to Absolutewaxmelts@yahoo.com. The return postage is at the cost of the sender as although broken, the item is still burnable by the customer.

We will not refund or accept returns if the scents are simply disliked so please ensure you read the scent description carefully before purchasing.
