When buying from Absolute Wax Melts & candles you aren’t just another number. You are another small business supporter.
As a result of this, it allows myself and other’s to be able to have an extra treat once in a while as well as being able to take pride in earning the money; which is normally spent on new products to widen our variety. At this point I can confirm each order is personally made, wrapped and shipped by myself. Beyond this, all your orders are personally sent by myself to my local post office making sure all is well before heading its way over to you.
Further more each one of your orders whether large or small is valued and made with passion and drive to make it the best it can be. Secondly, I also allow for my customers to give me ideas of new products or scents that they would like to see on our website as most things are do-able and achievable.
Lastly I am more than happy to take request for packaging your orders on camera for our social media such as Instagram and TikTok so others can see how the orders are packed with care and to show you the pride taken into making every order special.
At this point, what makes us different to other wax melt companies within the UK are a couple of things. Firstly we do not have a large warehouse with a number of staff helping out with the small jobs that make the company great. However this is not degrading other businesses who have grown over time to achieve this but I cannot see myself working this full time (of which I would love to!) as everything now a days is too expensive!
Most importantly all logos are made, printed, wax pouring and packaging for our products are all done by myself in my make-shift work space at home along side being a full time mummy (while on maternity leave from my full time job) to my gorgeous little boy. However being a full time mum is the greatest job of all but I will always make time to completed your orders within our timeframe bracket as advised. Following on from this, if this was ever to be an issue I will personally be in contact to let you know.
As a result of being a small business and only being myself is all our wax melts, candles and bricks; are made to order so no wax melts/candles or wax bricks are sitting around to be bought.
To conclude the above, all your requests for products and scents are all taken into consideration and if a popular request I will be more than happy to have this as a product in our store.
